- 2Create the YouTube broadcastClick "Create YouTube Broadcast" on the session card. Tejav calls the YouTube API and creates a broadcast + stream — no YouTube Studio needed.

Live Command Centre (During Class)
While the class is live, a full command panel appears on the session card:

|---|---|
| 👥 Viewer Count | Real-time YouTube viewer count. Alerts you if viewers drop by 20%+ (stream may have frozen). |
| 📍 Chapter Timestamps | Press "+ Mark" to timestamp the current topic (e.g. "Newton's 2nd Law — 14:32"). After class, Tejav adds these as YouTube chapters to the recording automatically. |
| ✋ Hand Raise Queue | Students tap "Raise Hand" on their screen. You see a priority queue. Click "Call On" to acknowledge — the student gets a notification. Dismiss when done. |
| 📊 Live Polls | Create a 2-4 option poll in seconds. It appears on every student's home page as a full-width banner. Results update live as votes come in. |
| 📋 Attendance OTP | Generate a 6-digit code. It appears on your OBS stream via a browser source overlay. Students enter the code on their phone to mark attendance. |
| 🤖 AI Chat Monitor | Reads YouTube live chat every 60 seconds. Shows: confusion score (0-100), top questions from students, sentiment, engagement level. You never have to watch chat yourself. |

- 3Missed-class notification2 hours after the class ends, students who didn't mark OTP attendance automatically receive a push notification + WhatsApp with the recording link.
Attendance & Analytics

Stream Health
A live health bar shows in the OBS panel while streaming:
| Metric | What to watch for |
|---|---|
| Bitrate (Mbps) | Should stay above 2.5 Mbps. If it drops below 1.5, your internet is struggling. |
| Dropped frames % | Green: < 0.5%. Amber: 0.5–2%. Red: > 2% (students will see buffering). |
